- 4x10 reps of each exercise 
- 1 minute rest between the sets

1. Barbell Bent-over row
2. Barbell shoulder press
3. Barbell one arm bent-over row
4. Barbell front raise
5. Barbell upright row

No workout machines this time. Simple and brutal workout especially for back and shoulders. We shot a video and pictures to demonstrate how I completed this workout. Check them out !
