Complete exercises in the following order without scheduled rest between the exercises:

- Hanging leg raises
- Hanging knee to elbow
- Hanging wipers

1st round: 1-1-1 reps
2nd round: 2-2-2 reps
3rd round: 3-3-3 reps
4th round: 4-4-4 reps
5th round: 5-5-5 reps
6th round: 6-6-6 reps

Total: 21-21-21 reps
