Supersets for arms
- 3-4 supersets per each movement
- 10-15 reps per each movement
- 1 min rest between the supersets (two movements in a row without rest).
- Pull-up (little fingers together) + Diamond push-up
- Bicep curl + French press
- Dumbbell concentration bicep curl + Dumbbell concentration tricep curl
