The 666 workout
- Do as many reps as possible (AMRAP) in 6 minutes in the following order:
6 x Pull-ups
6 x Handstand push-ups
6 x Squat jumps
Get your sweat on with this one. The 666 workout might be short but it's tough. Don't be scared to try it :)
My result was 30 pull-ups, 30 handstand push-ups and 27 squat jumps.
The 666 workout takes hell of a job but it's worth it...
