1000 Steps Workout - Sprint, walk and jump !

1000 Steps Workout

- 10 steps (=reps) per movement for 10 rounds = 1000 steps/reps
- Do 10 movements in a row in the following order. Two minutes rest between rounds.

Sprints:

- Both feet on every step
- One foot on every step
- One foot on every second step
- Side step facing right
- Side step facing left 

Jumps:

- Every step
- Every second step
- Two step up - One step down (= 1 rep)
- Maximum jumps

Lunges:

- Walking lunges
